We are now able to offer you online ordering. Maly's eOrdering is our eCommerce site that enables registered customers the ability to place orders, review pending and shipped orders, and review account information.

Do I need a user name and password?
Yes you do, and you also need a Maly's customer number. If you have not yet registered but would like to, click on the New User link, and fill in the requested information. After submitting your application, we will contact you generally within 24 hours with your login information (requests submitted during the weekend will be responded to the following Monday).

What can I order?
Everything Maly's carries can be seen on the site BUT you will only be permitted to order products that are available in your area. For example, if you see L'Anza and order it and it is not available in your area, it will not be processed and you will not receive those items.

Is my order processed immediately?
Your order will go on hold and be reviewed by Customer Service during business hours 8am - 5pm PST. The hold allows us to verify that what has been ordered is available to you in your area. As soon as all information is verified it will be processed and shipped.

What do I do if I placed an order and need to change or cancel my order?
Call customer service immediately with the order number and if the order has not yet been shipped, they will be able to delete the order.

When will my order be shipped?
Your orders will be shipped the same day if submitted by:
Noon for California and Arizona (Pacific Time)
1 pm for Oregon and Washington (Pacific Time)
2 pm For Utah and Idaho (Mountain Time)

What is the benefit of ordering online?
Besides the convenience of ordering anytime, you'll be able to:
Select items from your order history or a custom shopping list.
Review your open orders, as well as your payment history and account status.

After signing on, I get a message saying the application has timed out.
What does this mean?

If there is no activity for more than 15 minutes, your session will time out, resulting in messages similar to the following when you attempt to resume your work:

The requested application has timed out. Please restart the application by browsing to its home page.

HAHTsite 5.0 MalysW Server reports the following Error:
The application page HS_StatusDates for StateId SJcS4s35tq103MbZs5Cd9jZvWq-23-3aJW could not be run: The application for the supplied StateId value is no longer running.

You will need to sign back in again (you may need to use the "refresh" button on the sign-on page depending upon your browser settings). If you were entering an order at the time your session timed out, it will be saved for 48 hours. The next time you sign on, you will be reminded of any saved orders on the Welcome page and can continue where you left off.

Can I sell products I purchase from Maly's on my personal website?
It seems crazy... but at this point, our manufacturers do not allow the products to be sold over the Internet. To read more about Internet selling, please click here.
