System maintenance activities that would result in our eOrdering system to be unavailable will be shown on this page for your reference. We will provide you as much advance notice as possible when these activities are scheduled.

There may however be rare occasions when the system becomes unexpectedly unavailable. Whenever possible, current status will be updated on this page so that you may plan accordingly.

Please be aware that there is routine daily maintenance that will result in the eOrdering system being UNAVAILABLE between approximately 2 am and 4 am Pacific Time.

If the system is still giving you problems and the current time is OUTSIDE of any scheduled maintenance, feel free to report this to the and we will respond as soon as possible.
